Ideal candidates will have prior experience in office administration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities as an
Office Assistant:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors. Greet and direct visitors, respond to general inquiries, and resolve routine administrative issues. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Access, Excel, and other systems. Maintain office, breakroom, and uniform supply inventory; anticipate needs and place orders. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Scan, file, and digitize paperwork using Adobe. Track employee hours and review attendance reports for accuracy. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing packets and setting up training courses. Office Assistant:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license required. Bilingual Spanish/English is a must. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer use. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
