PRHF Realty Solutions - Property Management & Development About Us PRHF Realty Solutions is a locally owned property management and real estate development company dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods, maintaining high-quality housing, and providing excellent service to tenants, owners, and community partners. We manage a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout the SouthCoast area. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) involves typical office responsibilities including filing, correspondence, phone and email communication, data entry, and light administrative support related to property management and development projects. Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Assist with document preparation, mailings, and reports Support property management staff with tenant communication and scheduling Update contact lists, spreadsheets, and property files Greet visitors and provide professional customer service Perform other general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Comfortable learning new software (AppFolio experience a plus) Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Prior office or administrative experience preferred
Schedule & Compensation Part-time:
~20 hours per week (Monday-Friday, flexible daytime schedule) On-site position with occasional off-site errands Competitive hourly pay based on experience
