About the role:

Administrative Assistant II 18 Months -

Onsite Akron, OH Key Responsibilities:

• Work in the area of assignment and applicable department and company procedures. This will include preparing established reports in SAP, creating requisitions for purchase orders, monitoring email inboxes, and managing SharePoint sites.
• Makes minor corrections, codes items, and maintain record of documents processed.
• Uses computer systems and other related equipment to record, store and retrieve information.
• Compiles reports using established formats and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalency Required
• 3+ years of experience performing routine administrative tasks
• Proficient skills operating computerized and standard office equipment.
• Proficient in use of word processing, spreadsheet and graphics software
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
