Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Multi Family Project Administrator to join our dynamic construction management team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the administrative and coordination aspects of multi-family residential construction projects, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders, adherence to project schedules, and efficient documentation management. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, construction industry experience, and proficiency with construction management software to support the successful delivery of complex multi-family developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, plans, and change orders, utilizing construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software Support project teams in tracking progress, budgets, and timelines through Excel data analysis and cost management tools Facilitate communication between contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met Manage procurement processes by preparing bid packages and reviewing construction plans for accuracy Monitor project documentation for compliance with safety standards and quality requirements Maintain organized records of project correspondence, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and reports Support project meetings by preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items Assist in analyzing project performance data to identify potential delays or cost overruns Contribute to continuous process improvements in construction project planning and management Requirements Proven experience in construction project coordination or administration within the multi-family residential sector Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, or similar tools Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling software, and civil engineering project management software Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills Familiarity with construction plans, site safety standards, and quality assurance procedures Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel data analysis for cost control and scheduling insights Prior experience working on construction sites or within a construction environment is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders Strong analysis skills to interpret project data and support decision-making processes If you are committed to excellence in construction administration and eager to contribute to innovative multi-family projects, we encourage you to apply today.
