General Responsibilities Enter, manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle sales or vehicle service/warranty using Karmak's Fusion, dealer management system Prepare bills of sale, registrations, titles and odometer certifications Assist with data entry tasks, including updating client deal information, updating service/warranty tasks, filing manufacturer warranty claims and filing documents systematically Provide general administrative support Support client communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up General Qualifications Prior dealership experience and use of a (DMS) dealer management system a plus Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a focus on customer service and data entry Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
