full-time Company Description Well established Worcester, MA law firm specializing in commercial and residential real estate representing buyers, sellers and lenders, commercial leasing, corporate law and civil litigation has an opening for a full-time administrative assistant. The Administrative Assistant provides onsite support to attorneys and paralegals. Primary duties include answering phones and directing calls, managing attorney-client calendar/appointments, scheduling conference room bookings, corresponding with firm clients and outside parties via telephone and in-person, handling routine administrative projects/tasks including drafting cover letters, typing, copying and other related duties as assigned or requested. Role Description We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong writing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office platform (Outlook/Word/Excel), exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ability to manage multiple projects and discretion regarding confidential/sensitive client matters. Position has growth opportunities in terms of duties and pay scale. Competitive salary commensurate with relevant experience. Benefits available include medical and 401k. Offices are situated among multiple floors in a historic building with no elevator, so applicants must be able to navigate stairs. Requirements of the job require occasional driving, therefore having a car is necessary for this position.
