Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments Prepare and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time Verify inbound and outbound shipments against packing slips and shipping documents Generate shipping paperwork using ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and shipping portals Load and unload trucks safely Report discrepancies or damaged shipments promptly Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely deliveries Track warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) as needed Cross-train on all Shipping & Receiving functions Qualifications Previous Shipping & Receiving or warehouse experience preferred Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Comfortable using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Ability to accurately complete shipping documentation Experience operating pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented Why Join Us?
