POSITION OVERVIEW
We're looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to our Senior Leadership team while serving as a key resource for day-to-day office operations. This role manages leadership calendars, coordinates meetings, and handles correspondence and communications for Senior Leadership — while also maintaining records, processing documentation, and supporting administrative needs across departments. The ideal candidate brings strong organization, professionalism, and discretion to everything they do. What You'll Do Provide administrative support directly to the President and Vice President, including managing calendars and scheduling internal and external meetings Coordinate meeting logistics — preparing agendas, materials, and presentation decks, and tracking follow-up items from leadership meetings Arrange travel logistics, including itineraries and reservations Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports on behalf of leadership Serve as a professional point of contact between leadership and staff, vendors, and clients Scan, file, and maintain electronic and physical records, and perform data entry across multiple systems Prepare and process company documents and forms, and support document retention and records management Collaborate with Accounting, HR, and Operations on administrative projects, and help coordinate company events and employee recognition activities What We're Looking For 2-4 years of administrative experience, including experience supporting senior leadership or managers (required) Strong calendar management, scheduling, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities independently Comfortable balancing high-level leadership support with day-to-day office administrative needs Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive team environment with opportunities to learn and grow Stable company with long-term career potential Competitive pay and benefits

$26.00 - $31.00 hourly (based upon experience) + bonus opportunity
