Type:

full-time LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in DC, is seeking a Conference Center Coordinator to assist their team on a temporary basis. This position is fully onsite and anticipated to last approximately 3 months.

Responsibilities:

Handling reception desk operations Overseeing conference rooms Scheduling meeting facilities Coordinating food and beverage services Overseeing work schedules Providing facilities support Providing general clerical support

Requirements:

2+ years of recent experience in a client services/reception based role in an office environment Excellent communication skills Organized Ability to work in a fast-paced environment The anticipated pay rate for this position is $24/hour.
