12, 10 A busy Chevy Chase family is looking to hire a professional, energetic, and proactive Family Assistant to support their home and two active boys, ages 12 and 10. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, independent, and comfortable taking initiative, with driving being an important part of the position. The boys are athletic, playful, and always on the go, they enjoy biking, sports, and staying active, so the family is looking for someone who can match their energy and be a positive role model. Meal prep is also an important part of the role, along with general household support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and independent thinker who can confidently make decisions, anticipate the family's needs, and keep things moving without needing constant direction.
