We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional looking to build administrative experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Prepare, print, organize, and distribute documents as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases
  • Conduct online research and compile information for projects and reports
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and project materials
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Keep track of supplies and expenses for office and projects
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Answer phones and provide professional customer service when required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Preferred Qualifications
