Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our administrative team! This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions, providing exceptional support to our customers. An Office Clerk handles a variety of clerical tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Positive attitude, organizational skills, and technical proficiency will be required. Responsibilities Manage desk duties including answering multi-line phone systems, answer customer questions and directing calls to appropriate individuals. Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing Handle clerical tasks such as word processing, document formatting, and basic bookkeeping Experience Prior office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes Strong communication skills, including phone communications Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
