Job Description

ABOUT RPM TECH RPM
Tech is an engineering and technology company providing product development, engineering services, and prototyping across a broad range of industries. We offer a technically challenging and creative environment for motivated individuals. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Generalist to support RPM Tech's day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational needs, including office administration, vendor coordination, procurement, expense tracking, and executive support. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Administration Manage office activities, including phones, visitors, office supplies, and general workspace organization. Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and organize files for internal and external use. Coordinate staff events and occasional local errands. Maintain and update company policies, SOPs, and administrative procedures. Provide general administrative and operational support as business needs arise. Financial & Vendor Support Assist with project procurement, expense reporting, and credit card documentation. Maintain tracking spreadsheets for expenses, NDAs, company assets, and equipment inspections. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers regarding billing and documentation. Maintain organized records for contracts, expenses, purchases, and supporting documentation. Shipping & Receiving Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing slips and UPS/FedEx/DHL documentation. Track shipments and maintain related project documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 5+ years of administrative or business office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word. QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the U.S. Positive, dependable, and team-oriented.
POSITION & COMPENSATION
$25.00 per hour Full-time or part-time, depending on candidate availability and business needs. Part-time candidates may have the opportunity to transition to full-time as the role and company needs grow. Onsite position in Forest Hill, Maryland. Occasional local travel for errands. Ability to lift packages up to 25 lbs. for shipping and receiving. Relocation assistance is not provided.
