Location:
Fort Detrick, MD Position Summary Charles F. Day & Associates, LLC (CFDay) is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Junior to support an anticipated U.S. Army Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services contract. This position provides administrative and clerical support to the materiel fielding team by maintaining records, preparing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and assisting with documentation required for fielding operations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Government and contractor personnel. Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials. Maintain records and filing systems. Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements. Assist with data entry and document management. Support fielding documentation and administrative tracking. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience providing administrative or office support. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a Department of Defense organization. Experience maintaining official records and documentation. Active Secret security clearance.
