Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. Collaborate with other teachers and center leadership on curriculum and classroom practices. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning centers. Participate in training and professional development. Contribute to a culture of diversity, respect, and continuous improvement.
