LHH is partnering with a property management company in Hunt Valley is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis, with strong potential for permanent hire. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys providing essential support across daily operations.Job Title:

Full-time hours,Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Handle tenant and client inquiries, including maintenance requests Coordinate and log maintenance work orders Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team Maintain organized records and documentation Assist with scheduling, data entry, and office coordination tasks Support property managers with day-to-day operational needsQualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
