JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to the New Construction Department. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate files and records, assisting with day-to-day administrative activities, coordinating documents and information, and supporting department projects and operational needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities outlined below represent the primary duties of this position. Responsibilities are performed in accordance with company procedures, applicable standards, and job requirements, with the level of supervision and support appropriate to the employee's experience and level of training. Provide administrative and clerical support to the New Construction Department. Maintain organized and accurate department files, records, documents, and other administrative materials. Prepare, organize, update, and distribute documents and information as needed. Assist with routine administrative tasks and departmental activities to support daily operations. Assist with special projects and other administrative initiatives as assigned. Accurately enter, maintain, and retrieve information using company systems and office software. Communicate professionally and effectively with employees, customers, vendors, and other business contacts as needed. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines. Maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate discretion when handling company and employee information. Maintain a professional and organized work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma or GED required. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as the ability to operate standard office equipment and learn company systems and software. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and other business contacts. Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, maintain accuracy, and exercise appropriate judgment and discretion.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to regularly use hands and fingers for typing, filing, handling documents, and operating office equipment.
