Job Description
The Executive Coordinator provides high-level coordination and administrative support for the Executive Department, Executive Director, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and designated Board committees. This position coordinates meeting logistics, prepares agendas and materials, records and maintains minutes, tracks follow-up items, supports corporate recordkeeping, and assists with regulatory, licensing, accreditation, compliance, emergency preparedness, policy/procedures/forms, communication, EHR development and training, and special project activities. The position requires discretion, sound judgment, confidentiality, strong organization, and the ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with leadership, employees, Board members, State and Federal entities, and other external contacts.
Hourly Rate - $24.00/hour
