Job Description
The fully CARF-accredited Amicus Bouchea Center for Learning has an immediate opening for a Program Secretary to provide office/secretarial duties with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. The Program Secretary reports directly to the Program Director. While this position is mainly clerical in nature, some time will be spent supporting the consumers served in program activities. More detailed information will be provided at the interview and applicants without DSP certification are encouraged to apply as we will pay for the certification training!
Requirements:
High school diploma required, secretarial training and/or work experience preferred. This position requires independent judgment and action and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Windows and Excel to accurately complete detailed, and daily client attendance reporting. Efficient daily scheduling is an important part of the job. Excellent written and oral skills, organization, a positive, friendly attitude, flexibility and patience are essential and experience with "scheduling" is desired. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. This is a Monday-Friday position with hours generally from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This is a full-time position with a full benefit package.Benefit Package:
