Responsibilities Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and update spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Handle office management tasks including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and organization of office spaces Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, delivering friendly service and effective problem resolution Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to track expenses and invoices Support clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing Word processing files, and managing client communication Experience Prior office experience in administrative roles or as a receptionist is preferred; experience in medical or dental reception is a plus Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical proficiency in office management systems, spreadsheets, data entry, and computer literacy is essential Experience with front desk operations, phone communication, and customer service enhances success in this role.
