Job Description

Brunswick High School has an opening for a Main Office Secretary. This is a 37.5 hour/week, school year position. A successful candidate will be reliable, accountable, enjoy working with students, will interact respectfully with the public, and will conduct him/herself in a professional manner.
The successful candidate will have:
Ability to perform a wide variety of confidential secretarial, advanced clerical functions. Position works closely with attendance and discipline matters. Ability to effectively multi-task. Enjoys a fast paced environment. Ability to maintain the security and telecommunications systems in place. Ability to deal with complaints and give accurate information about protocols. Extensive knowledge of using computers and a wide range of software programs, including Powerschool. Effective communication skills This position requires that the candidate is a high school graduate, who is proficient in computer applications and general office operations. CHRC is required.
