Job Description
The Web Specialist is responsible for the organization, coordination, and production of content for display on the Performance Institute Learning Center website. The role collaborates with Performance Institute Brand Training Managers as well as other team members, to coordinate the development and deployment of website content. Team members include Learning Center Content Administrator, Instructional Designers, Writers, Graphic Designers, and Producers. The goals of this position are to: Develop a wide variety of content and ensure that it is delivered on time, according to program objectives Constantly assess the Learning Center site, to ensure content is organized in a logical fashion, making revisions and restructuring as necessary
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, produce and implement interactive content to be hosted on the Performance Institute Learning Center website Work with the Learning Center Content Administrator to organize and structure/restructure content within the site Responsible for resource allocation requests to complete project tasks to meet deadlines Interface with all levels of the organization to communicate Stellantis objectives and manage projects to completion Organize and maintain content libraries and asset lists Ensure projects meet or exceed quality criteria and business needs Identify potential risks to project implementation (deviation of milestones, budget, timelines) Maintain and track project changes (year-to-year changes, including budget, resources) Create, distribute and maintain various status, progress and forecast reports to project teams and upper management Create, distribute, maintain and continuously implement all project plans to ensure all projects timing deadlines are metBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 5+ years Web Development experience Experience with Website content management systems Experience with working in and adapting to an agile environment Project management and process improvement experience Excellent and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills - problem solver who can synthesize information and knowledge to achieve a viable business solution Time management, ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines within budget parametersKnowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Power Point, and Excel, Google Suit Preferred Qualifications:
Project management certification (PMP) General automotive systems and component knowledge Knowledge of Adobe CS software, includingPhotoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign Other Requirements:
