Digital publishing responsibilities include e-books, digital publication formats, QR codes, digital assets, and production support. Digital marketing responsibilities include newsletters, email and mailing campaigns, contact database management, social media, promotional graphics, and campaign tracking. Qualifications summary Applicant must (1) have superior communication skills with a high attention to detail; (2) be proficient in CMS, Amazon Seller, and social media; (3) be reliable and punctual; and (4) be a qualified, full-time student at Andrews University. Duties and responsibilities Support e-book and digital publication production. Create QR codes, digital assets, and promotional graphics. Develop newsletters, email campaigns, and social media content. Maintain contact databases and mailing lists. Support and track digital marketing campaigns. Technical competencies Graphic design:
Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite E-book production: EPUB and other digital publishing formats Email marketing: newsletters, mailing campaigns, and audience segmentation Contact database management: maintaining and organizing mailing/contact lists Social media management: content creation, scheduling, and basic analytics Digital asset creation: QR codes, graphics, images, and promotional materials Content management: basic website/CMS editing and digital content updates Campaign analytics: tracking email, social media, and digital campaign performance Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related tools Ability to learn and adapt to new digital publishing and marketing technologies Interpersonal interactions Must be able to work collegially in an office setting with other immediate associates Physical demands No physical demands Work environment Pleasant, quiet workplace
