Temporary Position Dec 2025 - Dec 2026 (Position is likely to evolve to permanent full-time as project progresses) . About Project Evolution The primary goal of Project Evolution is to make upgrades to the E1, E4, and Q41 paper machines at Escanaba and Quinnesec as well as roll handling and roll wrapping updates at both locations to enable production of new paper grades in the packaging market segment. Production of these new grades will allow us to fill open time on the machines and address declining demand in current printing and writing markets. Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support Project Evolution. This role involves a combination of administrative, organizational, and communication responsibilities, playing a crucial role in supporting project managers, project team members, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the project team during the detailed engineering, implementation and construction phases of the Evolution Project.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as needed.
  • Enter purchase requisitions, route project invoices for approval, and submit approved invoices for receiving and processing.
  • Manage Field Change Notices (FCNs) process. Receive FCNs from Contractors and enter them into the Mill Apps tool. Coordinate the FCN review and approval process. Submit approved FCNs for requisitioning. Ensure that Contractors are informed of Billerud decisions.
  • Maintain purchase order copies in project folders.
  • Support the project team in the use of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to manage project files, drawings, transmittals, reviews, etc.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members or contractors.
  • Assist with project meetings.
Assist with documenting meeting attendees and meeting minutes. Maintain visitor calendar, submit visitor badge and guest wi-fi requests. Coordinate and facilitate business lunches as needed for project meetings.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), experience with SAP preferred (training will be provided), strong written and verbal communication, organized, and detail oriented.
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
