Full-Time Position Summary JSL Multi Management LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of Grand Manor Apartments. This role is responsible for administrative support, resident communication, AppFolio data entry, document management, billing support, and assisting the onsite management team. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily office and administrative tasks.
  • Enter invoices, bills, and operational data into AppFolio.
  • Maintain resident, vendor, and property records.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and assist residents professionally.
  • Prepare and organize reports, lease files, and operational documents.
  • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and resident communications.
  • Coordinate with Property Managers, Leasing, Maintenance, and Accounting.
  • Support daily office operations and special projects assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience.
  • Property management office experience preferred.
  • Experience using
  • AppFolio
  • is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PDF, spreadsheets).
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Mandatory Requirements Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Compensation Starting rate:
Up to $18.00 per hour for candidates with strong experience who closely match the qualifications. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, and management approval. Only qualified applicants who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted for an interview.
