Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located at our office in Flushing, MI. This role has the opportunity to grow into full-time. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage phone communications, assist with clerical duties, and provide executive administrative support. This role supports the efficient operation of the office and ensures smooth coordination between team members and clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Clerical Skills, including organizing and managing office operations Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently Proficiency in common office software and tools Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
