Full Time Work Schedule:

Dealership Hours are 8:30 am-7:00 pm- Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-6:00 pm Fridays, and 8:00 am-3:00 pm Saturday. Position is scheduled 40-48 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate Scope of departmental work: General support for the Finance and Insurance department Education requirements: Minimum of high school diploma

Compensation:

$55,000 to $60,000 annual, commiserate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Financial and Legal documents
• Print documents for vehicle sales transactions
• Communicate with lenders to ensure deals are funded in a timely fashion
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
• Prepare deal packages with complete and proper documentation for lenders
• Maintain excellent records management
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with sales staff, office staff, and managers
• Prepare reports as requested by management
• Other duties as assigned
