$25+ per hour (depending on experience) Job Summary Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity We're seeking a Finance & Office Coordinator to join our team in Fremont, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us manage financial processes while supporting daily office and customer-facing activities in a fast-paced small business environment. What You'll Be Doing As a Finance & Office Coordinator, your core responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day accounting operations: Oversee AR/AP, invoicing, collections, and vendor payments using QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial tracking.
Monitoring financial performance:
Prepare cash flow forecasts, job costing reports, and payroll cost analysis to support business planning and profitability.
Supporting office operations:
Greet customers, answer phones, assist with scheduling, filing, and coordination between office staff and field teams. In addition, you will also be expected to assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with company policies. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks (required) Strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and basic accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Skills:
