Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems—both physical and digital.
- Support the HR team with onboarding and documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.

Qualifications:
