This is not your typical "sit at a desk and answer phones" kind of role. We're looking for a self-sufficient mover and groover who loves checking things off a list, catching the little details, communicating like a pro, and jumping in wherever they're needed. If you're the person who naturally thinks, "I can take care of that," keeps everyone organized, learns new technology quickly, and genuinely enjoys making things run smoothly—we'd love to meet you. Qualifications Very tech savvy Highly organized Self-sufficient mover and groover while being efficient Excellent editing & proofreading Positive & friendly personality Proactive problem solver Professional customer service skills Super communication skills including phone & email etiquette Being a team player with accountability Amazing time management + accuracy while multi-tasking Previous office assistant experience Responsibilities Maintain the sample library Manage project software Schedule lunch & learns Prepare for client meetings Running errands for photoshoots or the office Write blogs Aid in random tasks given by multiple team members Assist designers in tasks Send post design surveys Content gathering No two days will look exactly the same—and that's part of the fun! We're a small team, which means your contribution matters. We're looking for someone who wants to be an important part of the behind-the-scenes magic—not just someone who checks boxes. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside a creative residential interior design team, see how beautiful projects come together, and have a hand in keeping the business organized, polished, and moving forward. The flexible schedule isTBD upon hire but consistent days & times each week are desired.
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 24.0 per week
