Live-In Resident Aide (Caregiving) / Personal Assistant - Housing Provided Posen, MI | $15-$17/hour + Free Room & Utilities | 40 hrs/week + Paid Overtime | Private Master Suite Included We are a small, family-run adult foster care home seeking a dependable, compassionate live-in caregiver / personal assistant for a unique full-time position with housing included . This dual role combines Personal Assistant duties earlier in the day with Resident Aide (caregiving) responsibilities in the evenings. You'll live on-site in a private master suite and help keep both our household and AFC home running smoothly while making a real difference in the lives of our elderly residents.

Personal Assistant :
Flexible daytime hours (~15 hrs/week), scheduled with employer Resident Aide (Caregiving) : Evening shifts ending at 9 p.m. (~20 hrs/week), including some weekends
Hours:
40 hours/week + occasional paid overtime at 1.5x regular rate
Compensation:
$13-$15/hour + free room and board (all utilities & high-speed internet included)
Commitment:
Must live on-site full-time; occasional on-call availability required
Pets:

Because of the live-in nature of this position, we are not considering candidates who would need to relocate from outside Michigan. Candidates who live within a reasonable driving distance of Posen, Michigan, and are available to interview in person are strongly preferred.
