Maple Ridge Supply is a Christmas decoration wholesaler. Office Staff - Seasonal PositionWe are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Office StaffMember to join our team for the upcoming shipping season, fromnow through December 2026.
Responsibilities include:
Answering telephones and assisting customers with questionsand orders.
Providing excellent customer service and sales support.
Entering and processing sales orders accurately.
Coordinating with the shipping department to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
Performing general office and administrative duties.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively with both customers and coworkers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Schedule:
35-40 hours per week, Monday through FridayAdditional hours may be required on some Saturdays during October and November.Responsibilities include:

Qualifications:
Previous experience with accounting software such asQuickBooks, Sage, or similar programs is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively with both customers and coworkers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
