•What You Will Do

•Be the organizational wizard who keeps our hospice team running like a well-oiled machine through smart administrative and clerical support. Champion office operations by organizing systems and processes that help everyone work smarter and more efficiently. Become a Microsoft applications pro—crafting documents, generating reports, and managing data with confidence using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Connect with our staff, patients, and families by communicating with warmth and clarity, delivering customer service that truly makes a difference. Master the art of juggling priorities and managing interruptions in our fast-paced environment, keeping your cool and staying focused on what matters most. Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. Previous secretarial/office coordinator/administrative experience. Familiarity with medical terminology. Extensive computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and running reports. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Positive attitude and customer service focus. Ability to type 45-50 WPM. Preferred Qualifications Some post-high school courses.
