Experience Proven dealership experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role with a strong understanding of auto service management Hands-on mechanic experience or automotive diagnostics knowledge is highly desirable Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating systems Experience in auto body repair, collision repair, transmissions, oil changes, tire service, shocks & struts, brake repair, suspension work, air brake systems, diesel engine repair, alignment services, or related automotive repair fields is preferred Ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity and trust with clients Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding automotive care!
