Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to; Supporting the Sales and Purchasing Departments. Creating spreadsheets, tables, charts, and graphs using Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word. Filing email correspondence for all project activities. Keeping manager(s) informed of significant items requiring action, obtaining information, and calling attention to deadlines. Preparing materials for meetings and presentations. Answering phones, filing, assist with scheduling interviews, appointments, and in other departments as needed. The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications; Resourceful, ability to prioritize workload, develop solutions and/or offer recommendations for continuous improvement. Effectiveness in planning, organizing and efficiently handling activities and eliminating unnecessary tasks. Ability to effectively communicate with management, co-workers, and or suppliers.
