Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and assistance Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel Handle all front desk duties including check-ins, appointments, and visitor sign-ins with accuracy Maintain office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure organized records Utilize productivity software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and spreadsheets to support administrative functions Manage calendar appointments and schedule meetings using calendar management tools Support office operations by performing clerical tasks such as faxing, photocopying, and filing documents Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and clear communication skills in all client interactions Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while managing office supplies and ensuring the front desk area is tidy Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry tools Proven ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse client needs effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks like proofreading, filing, and record keeping Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive approach to client communication Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity software proficiency Experience in front desk or reception roles that involve calendar management, phone communication, and client interaction is highly valued Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets energetic service!
