The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Wide Format Division. In this role, you'll serve as the key link between clients, sales, production, and installation teams, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered successfully. From banners and signage to vehicle graphics, wall murals, displays, and installations, you'll help manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring timelines, specifications, and client expectations are met. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, solving complex challenges, and providing exceptional service throughout the entire customer journey. What You'll Do Manage wide format projects from estimate through production, installation, and final delivery Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, sales representatives, vendors, and internal teams Prepare estimates, job specifications, and project timelines Coordinate production schedules, subcontractors, and installation partners Ensure project requirements, materials, and deadlines are communicated accurately Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track Support multiple sales representatives and client accounts Provide expertise related to large format printing, substrates, graphics, and installation requirements Maintain a high level of accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction Contribute ideas that improve workflows, efficiency, and client outcomes What We're Looking For Experience working in print production, account management, or project coordination role Direct experience with large format printing, including products such as signs, banners, vehicle graphics, wall graphics, displays, and installations Knowledge of wide format materials, substrates, production methods, and finishing techniques Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities High attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others Preferred Qualifications Experience with estimating and job planning Familiarity with print management, MIS, or CRM systems Knowledge of digital printing, offset printing, or promotional products Experience coordinating installations or working with installation vendors
