Administrative Assistant Bongards Creameries United States, Minnesota, Perham 110 3rd Ave NE (Show on map) Aug 04, 2026 Description Bongards Creameries in Perham, MN is seeking a talented and dedicated person to work in our office in an Administrative Assistant position. This person will be responsible for timely and accurate entry of production records. This position will work with both Cheese and Whey shipments. Position hours are 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, occasional weekend or holiday hours may be required. Handling office work including, but not limited to: Invoicing Shipping Data entry Preparing reports and presentations Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
Proficiency in all of the Microsoft Office Products especially Excel and Outlook Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills Planning, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred High school diploma or educational equivalent required
Schedule:
Shift 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
