Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a busy team with day-to-day coordination, document handling, and customer-facing administrative tasks. This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and helping operational processes run smoothly. The role will work closely with internal team members on return-related paperwork, invoice and credit documentation, and general office support while using business systems and standard productivity tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative activities tied to order returns, ensuring records are updated accurately and routed to the appropriate team members.
- Prepare, review, and organize invoice and credit documentation to support timely processing and proper file maintenance.
- Enter and maintain data in internal platforms and spreadsheets with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Answer inbound calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct questions to the correct internal contacts when needed.
- Provide front-office and receptionist-style support, including handling general communications and assisting visitors or callers professionally.
- Use tools such as D365, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook to track information, communicate updates, and support reporting needs.
- Coordinate with team members to keep administrative workflows moving efficiently and to resolve documentation issues promptly.
- Assist with general office tasks and other clerical assignments that help the department meet daily operational goals.
