More than 30 Starting Salary Range This is an hourly wage, and will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Description St. Odilia School is seeking a full-time administrative assistant. This person will work closely with the principal, assistant principal, front office team (3 other admin assistants), the Parish Finance Manager, and the faculty/staff, students, and families of St. Odilia School. St. Odilia School is a thriving Catholic school, and the front office is fast-paced and busy, assisting students, families, and faculty & staff. Some of the many duties this person would be responsible for include: Complete ordering of supplies, textbooks, and more Maintain billing Oversee tuition contracts, payments, and billing Work with the public school district and other sources for reimbursement, billing, and payments Assist with the Federal Hot Lunch Program compliance Complete deposits Assist in maintaining daily attendance records Work collaboratively with fundraising chairs for the School Marathon and Bloom Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, and will bring a positive and joyful presence to the role.

Possess strong organizational skills and maintain accurate and detailed records. Enjoy helping and serving others with a positive and welcoming attitude. Be willing to support colleagues and contribute wherever needed. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, word processing, and general computer applications. Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and remain composed while navigating frequent interruptions. Have experience with Canva or similar design platforms; Canva experience is a plus.
