Responsibilities include working with clients as the primary contact, answering phones, responding to emails, running reports, printing and shipping payroll reports/checks, technical and systems support and customer service. This position requires someone that is technically savvy, comfortable navigating systems and willing to learn. If you are reliable and interested in growing future responsibilities, we are willing to train and invest in you.
Required skills include:
Excellent people and customer service skills; highly proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel; willing and able to learn systems including Payroll, Timekeeping and other related systems; able to troubleshoot issues and effectively communicate with technical support, co-workers, clients and tax/government agencies; able to handle time sensitive deadlines, work with confidential data, review and confirm work for accuracy and ask questions. confident in yourself, your skills and know what you bring to the table. This is a full-time position. Hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Friday. Possible Saturday or Sunday couple times per year during Quarterlies and Year End. Pay rate increases, bonuses and other incentives are performance driven. Hard work and initiative are appreciated and rewarded. Will also accrue PTO and offer 401K with a match.
