Temporary Assignment Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Temporary Clerical Assistant to support their Department during an employee leave of absence. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing outstanding customer service while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors Process and organize documents and court-related paperwork Answer phones and assist with general administrative duties Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Support daily office operations as needed Qualifications Previous clerical, administrative, or office support experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and customer-focused demeanor Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a busy municipal office.
