Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records and files for client information. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating caregiver assignments. Process billing and handle insurance claims efficiently. Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care staff. Utilize office software to manage data and generate reports.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment. Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to client care. Knowledge of healthcare terminology is preferred.
