Once this team member masters the basic job duties, they will be brought in to assist various departments with needed project work. This role also helps design internal and external marketing materials. While we provide training, familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus. The ideal candidate is comfortable with routine office tasks, but also enjoys opportunities to be creative. First Heartland is a growing, independently owned financial services firm located in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. We operate a broker dealer, as well as, a registered investment advisory firm and also function as an insurance wholesaler. Responsibilities and Duties Work in a fun environment with a great team of people Greet and Direct Guests Manage incoming calls and paperwork Prepare correspondence to send to advisors and their clients Manage incoming and outgoing mail Data entry into company systems Assist various departments with project work Qualifications and Skills College degree strongly preferred Ability to build and maintain positive business relationships Ability to Quickly learn/follow procedures and master new technology Ability to prioritize and multi-task High level of attention to detail and organization Strong problem solving skills Excellent verbal & written communication skills
