We are an expanding company that services Springfield, MO and the surrounding areas. We currently have an office in Springfield and are looking to fill a full-time position for Office Administrative Assistant. The main job duties will be managing the company QuickBooks, scheduling crews and project managers to various job sites, coordinating with suppliers, pulling permits, maintaining licensing, and various office tasks.

•Please note, this job is not remote, but will be a full-time in-office position. We are looking for someone who is organized, efficient, detailed, and enjoys working with others on a team! This position requires wearing a lot of hats, so someone adept to task switching and self-managing is needed. The $17-$23 per hour pay range is based on experience and ability.
