High School Diploma Valid Driver's License Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, manage interruptions, and work independently Ability to establish positive working relationships with staff, administrators, parents, vendors, and the public Proficient computer and office technology skills
REPORTS TO
Executive Director of Finance and Business Services
JOB GOAL
Provide professional, confidential, and efficient administrative support to the District Office, serving visitors, parents, employees, administrators, vendors, and the community.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary District Office receptionist; answer phones, greet visitors and direct questions to the appropriate department or building. Assist with email, fax, copying, printing, calendar support, and special projects Maintain mailing meter equipment and District mailboxes Sort, meter, distribute, and prepare outgoing and inter-office mail Coordinate deliveries to the District (UPS, FexEX, Amazon, UPS, etc) Maintain District Office Supplies including Coke and water orders Assist the Learning Department with projects such as proof-of-residency documentation, address changes, and other required documents for student records Assist the the Human Resource department with onboarding, I-9 completion, file uploads into HR software, time-clock questions for new employees, and other projects as assigned Assist the Finance department with scanning and organizing financial records, process and file invoices for supplies, nutrition, water, and other District purchases Assist the Payroll department through certified mailings and employee documentation as needed Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director of Finance and Business Services
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., stand, sit and walk while carrying items
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
12 months as per Board Policy

As per the Classified Non-Exempt Salary Scale
