Job Description
Ray County Stone Producers, LLC, a Greer Family Organization, was founded in 2001 . We are a mining company with a variety of aggregate products with an emphasis in large, graded erosion control materials for construction, agricultural and residential needs. We operate a quarry near Rayville MO with easy access to the Missouri River for both inbound and outbound barge traffic. A strong family company, we believe in the importance of our team's contributions as we elevate our industry, cultivate strong business processes, safety practices, operations and quality and customer satisfaction. We currently have an opportunity for a Scale House and Office Specialist. This position will assist with daily scale house operations, including accurate data entry and ticket processing, while also helping cover the front office. The position will work with customers, truck drivers, and RCS employees to help ensure orders are filled correctly and tickets are accurate. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is trainable, organized, punctual, willing to multitask, able to learn quickly, and shows initiative. Strong data entry and customer service skills are important, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and communicate professionally with customers, truck drivers, and RCS employees. Two years of office experience is required along with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access). A High School Diploma or GED is required.
