Help Wanted:
Part-Time Office Assistant Silver State Post - Deer Lodge, Montana The Silver State Post is seeking a dependable, organized part-time Office Assistant to join our team in Deer Lodge. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of office tasks and takes pride in being organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities include:
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting customers in person and over the phone
  • Processing mail and preparing outgoing mailings
  • Making bank deposits
  • Learning and using our newspaper management software (training provided)
  • Assisting the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • General office support as needed
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local bank deposits
Schedule:
Part-time (approximately 10-15 hours per week). Hours may be flexible for the right candidate.
