Office Assistant

Extremely fast paced, often stressful insurance office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering multi line phones, filing, providing excellent customer service, servicing existing client policies, quoting new business, following established office processes to maintain efficiency, ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines. Multi tasking is essential. Previous insurance experience is preferred but not required. Successful candidate will have computer, data entry and basic office procedure experience. Must also have excellent customer service and phone skills, ability to adapt, learn, and maintain a positive attitude. Ability to obtain licensure with 90 days.
