Rangitsch Brothers RV and Home Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Office Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealership and provides administrative support to the sales, service, parts, and finance departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception and Customer Service Greet customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Assist customers with inquiries and connect them with the appropriate department. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Administrative Support Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer and dealership records. File, scan, and organize documents electronically and physically. Assist with preparing correspondence, reports, and dealership paperwork. Assist in the titling and registration of new and used vehicles. Support sales, service, parts, and finance departments with administrative functions. Office Operations Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other basic accounting functions. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Assist with dealership events, promotions, and customer follow-up initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in reception, customer service, or office administration. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an RV, automotive, marine, or powersports dealership. Familiarity with dealership management software.
